Terms of Service — Rakaiz Aldar (RAD)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rakaiz Aldar (RAD) website and services. By accessing our site or requesting a service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
RAD provides facility management and maintenance services to residential buildings, homeowners’ associations, and individual customers, including preventive, corrective, and home services. Service delivery may include work carried out by RAD employees or approved subcontractors following internal quality standards.
- All service requests can be submitted via website forms, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Scheduling is based on availability and service type.
- RAD reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety, or operational reasons (notice will be provided).
Service quotations are issued prior to work commencement.
Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, online payment, or cash upon completion.
AMC packages are billed based on contract terms and payable in advance or installments.
Cancellations should be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
Prepaid service fees may be refunded or rescheduled subject to RAD’s approval.
No refund will be issued for cancellations after service commencement.
Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time.
Remove or secure valuables before maintenance work begins.
Comply with safety instructions provided by technicians.
- Workmanship is guaranteed for 7–30 days, depending on service type.
- RAD is not liable for damages arising from pre-existing conditions, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the service rendered.
Some services may be performed by third-party vendors under RAD’s supervision. All vendors are prequalified to meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
All website content, including logos, text, graphics, and photos, are the property of Rakaiz Aldar and may not be reproduced without written permission.
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its functionality, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeddah.
RAD reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and effective immediately upon publication.
